Z PLATE
On a concrete up-stand the posts are installed with a mechanical plug or a resin anchor fixing. The fixing should be installed at a minimum distance of 75mm from the edge of the upstand. The minimum width of the upstand should be 150mm.
On a steel upstand the posts are installed using a mechanical fixing (M10 galvanised bolts). The upstand must have a minimum width of 100mm. The strength of the building structure must be verified prior to installtion.
